SHEARER'S QUARTERS

The Cooradigbee Shearer's Quarters was rebuilt in 1939 following the big bush fires and is still used today at shearing times.

Cooradigbee Shearer's Quarter's huge verandah and fantastic views provide a great place for clubs, family gatherings, schools, church groups and others to get together.

Quarter's Verandah

The corrugated iron quarters with a basically equipped kitchen has 7 bedrooms, each sleeps 4 people in 2 bunk sets. Beds are made with clean mattress covers only so do bring pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. These can be provided at an additional charge. The separate wash house has 3 individual bathrooms with continuous gas hot water and septic toilets. The quarters has wheelchair access and is only a 3 minute walk to the Homestead


Shearing Quarters Lounge

SHEARERS QUARTERS Details – Fully self contained to a “no frills” standard.
• Sleeps 29 in 7 bedrooms.
• The kitchen has 2 wide ovens and 1 set of hot plates, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 coolroom and 1 microwave.
• Plates and mugs are enamel and stainless steel with an assortment of cutlery, pots and pans. (There is no glassware)
• There is instant gas hot water for showers and kitchen.


Quarters Bedroom

• Separate Barbeque.
• Separate shower and toilet block with septic toilets.
• Winter warmth by slow combustion wood heating with wood supplied.
• Summer cooled by large rooftop evaporative cooling system.
• Outdoor campfire area during winter months only, firewood for this is an additional charge.

Quarters and Cottages Policies
Cost - $ 18.00 per person per night
with a minimum charge $ 330 for a single night or
$ 290/night for multiple nights....

COTTAGE

Cooradigbee Cottage,is in paddock settings, the perfect spot for a smaller group or family. The cottage has a septic toilet and instant gas hot water. Beds are made with clean mattress covers only, so do bring pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. These can be provided at an additional charge.

• Winter warmth with gas heating
