COORADIGBEE HOMESTEAD ROOM LAYOUT

Cooradigbee presents three meeting or function rooms with ceiling heights of 3.3 mts and total 88 sq mts with several breakout areas.

Names of rooms
Room 1 –Dipnoid; 2 – Acanthonian; 3 – Placoderm;
Bedroom 1 – Brachiopod; 2 – Crinoid; 3 – Gastropod; 4 –Rugosa ; 5 -Nautiloid

The Acanthonian room has an open log fireplace and like the Dipnoid room faces west opening onto the stone verandah and soft afternoon mountain light. The Placoderm room with its generous folding doors, faces east, urging you into the parkland garden via the terrace and stone steps.

Dipnoid, Placoderm and Terrace opened out as one room has the capacity for a cocktail party of 100. This leaves the Acanthonian room as a quiet retreat area.

Acanthonian - area 5900 x 4800, ceiling height 3300(11ft).
Dipnoid - area 5050 x 3900, ceiling height 3300(11ft).
Placoderm - area 3600 x 6500(main body of the room) plus 4150 x 2200(folding door area),
ceiling height 3300(11ft). Plus large Terrace area.
